Das kleine Fort von Belixe (auch: Beliche) liegt etwas zurückversetzt an der Steilküste des Cabo de Sao Vicente. Es wurde von den Truppen Francis Drakes zerstört, aber Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts in seiner heutigen Form wieder aufgebaut.
Die Festung ist aus Sicherheitsgründen seit einiger Zeit gesperrt. Aufgrund der Küstenrosion besteht Einsturzgefahr.
