Kirándulócélpont a hegyek ölelésében
A látogatóközpont nem véletlenül Péliföldszentkereszten épült fel: amellett, hogy épp itt alakult meg a natúrpark, számos turistaút vezet át rajta, köztük az Országos Kéktúra, és érinti a nagy múltú Kinizsi 100 teljesítménytúra útvonala is. A helyszín előnyére válik az is, hogy a forgalmas helyektől távol található, mégis könnyen elérhető, valamint jól ismert zarándokhely is.
A látogatóközpont szűkebb (Szalézi rend kegyhelye, Mária-kút, lourdes-i barlang, Szent-kút tanösvény) és tágabb környezetében (bajóti Öreg-kő, Jankovich-barlang) is sok felfedeznivalót találunk, így jó kiindulási pont kirándulásainkhoz.
De mi az a natúrpark?
A Gerecse Natúrpark a 15 magyarországi natúrpark egyike. A helyi közösségek táji szintű együttműködésének lényege és célja a természeti és kulturális örökség megőrzése, bemutatása oly módon, hogy a vidék fejlődését is elősegítse. Ilyen együttműködések jellemzően az ország természeti, tájképi és kultúrtörténeti értékekben gazdag területein jönnek létre – mint amilyen a 2013-ban alakult Gerecse Natúrpark is.

- Normál áras belépő felnőtteknek: 800 Ft
- Kedvezményes jegy: 400 Ft
- Gyermekek 6 éves kor alatt: ingyenes
- Családi jegy (2 felnőtt + 2 gyerek): 2000 Ft/család
- Csoportos jegy 20 fő felett: 350 Ft/fő

- Bajót felől busszal érkezve a Péliföldszentkereszt megállónál szálljunk le.
