A distinguishing feature is the open corridor (gong or gonk) with intricately carved oak columns and arcades along the front and side facades. The attic contains a unique, richly decorated porch. The front door is arranged in a “herringbone” pattern. While the street-side porch, once typical of Srem houses, has been lost over time, the building as a whole demonstrates careful selection and processing of materials, achieving harmony in shape, composition, and color. Today, the house is owned by AP Vojvodina, with the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments in Petrovaradin as its beneficiary.
