With a lot of love and commitment, Markus Meitz runs a small but fine business and produces 100% pure "green gold" - pumpkin seed oil at the traditional oil mill in Jennersdorf.
An old stone mill grinds the pumpkin seeds, and the roasting is done using a wood-fired method, which creates the typical nutty flavor.
An over 100-year-old water pump provides the power for the pressing. The pumpkin seeds used come exclusively from the region.
Experience the extraordinary scent and the fascination of the creation of pumpkin seed oil during the "pressing demonstration" up close.
