The aroma of bread fresh from the oven, freshly baked afternoon rolls in a bag, or a freshly brewed cup of coffee – we offer you all this from early morning right through to the evening in the heart of Merzig.

After more than a century and five generations of the TINNES family, we continue to adhere to the principle of offering bread just as it was in our great-grandfather’s day, using traditional methods. We are committed to this principle and to upholding the reputation of German bread-making culture for years to come. Ever since the Tinnes Bakery & Patisserie opened, the premises have housed an artisan bakery with a stone oven.

In the café, we are delighted to welcome you and offer a selection of treats that changes throughout the day in a cosy atmosphere.

Alongside our popular breakfast creations, our lunch menu features hearty dishes that make your break truly special. We’ll sweeten your afternoon with our selection of cakes, tarts and premium coffee specialities.
