Zum Betrieb: Die jetzige Fischerei Kirchmeier besteht unter dem Namen Karlfischer (Hausnahmen) seit 1587. Die Karlfischer bewirtschafteten die obere Alz ca. 7 Km für das Kloster Baumburg. Nach der Säkularisation konnte unsere Familie die Alz selbstständig bewirtschaften. Ende der 60 Jahre wurde mein Vater Heinrich Kirchmeier in die Fischereigenossenschaft Chiemsee aufgenommen und konnte von da an auch die Fischerei auf dem Chiemsee ausüben.
Ladenzeiten: Fangfrischen Fisch erhalten sie in unserem Fischladen von: Montag bis Freitag ab 10 Uhr und nach Vereinbarung. Räucherfisch gibt’s:
von Anfang Mai bis Anfang Oktober: von Mittwoch bis Freitag 09:00 – 13:00 Uhr und 14:00 – 19:00 Uhr, Samstag 0:9:00 – 12:00 Uhr
Von Oktober bis Mai: Freitags 09:00 – 13:00 Uhr und 14:00 – 18:00 Uhr, Samstags 0:9:00 – 12:00 Uhr
