Židovský hřbitov patří mezi nejvýznamnější a největší v českých zemích. Jde o mimořádně cenné pohřebiště s náhrobky renesančního, barokního a klasicistního typu.

Nachází se zde na 4000 stojících náhrobků, přičemž nejstarší pocházejí z počátku 17. století.

Židovská pohřební síň byla vybudována roku 1898 podle návrhu vídeňského architekta Maxe Fleischera. V hlavním sále probíhalo rozloučení se zesnulými, navazující místnosti sloužily k poslední očistě. Nyní zde naleznete expozici o historii mikulovské židovské obce a hřbitova.

duben, říjen:

úterý–neděle 11.00–16.00 hod.

květen:

pondělí-neděle 10.00-17.00 hod.

červen–září:

pondělí-neděle 10.00–18.00 hod.

(poslední prohlídka půl hodiny před zavírací dobou). Prohlídky s průvodcem lze objednat telefonicky 519 512 368 nebo e-mailem info@merlin.cz.
