Geschütztes Kulturdenkmal in Buttenhausen.
Am Nordhang des Mühlbergwaldes befindet sich der jüdische Friedhof aus dem Jahre 1789. Der älteste Grabstein datiert aus dem Jahre 1802. Die letzte Beerdigung fand 1943 statt. Insgesamt umfasst der Friedhof 399 Grabsteine. Der Friedhof wurde in den 70-er-Jahren von Walter Ott und seinen Söhnen hergerichtet. Er beinhaltet einen Gedenkstein an die deportierten Juden und eine Installation von Thomas Felder.
