Na Turoldu Cave is located in the Turold Nature Reserve (385 m above sea level) and is one of the oldest nature reserves in the PLA and Pálava Biosphere Reserve.
The Na Turoldu Cave creates a system with the Liščí díra cave, which with its length of 2,950 meters is the largest cave system of Mesozoic limestone in the Czech Republic.
The cave has walls instead of stalactites shaped and decorated with unique "turold decoration", which has no equivalent in our caves, air temperature 7.1 - 9.1 ° C, water in lakes 6 ° C, relative humidity "only" 74 - 84% . It is the only publicly accessible cave in Mesozoic limestone in the Czech Republic.
In the cave, many species of bats, such as the great bat, the bat or the critically endangered small bat, hibernate. Part of the Turold PR is also an educational trail containing information about plants, animals, geological structures, etc. In 2006, a Geopark with more than 17 types of rocks from the entire Czech Republic was built on an artificial embankment.

ČERVEN - SRPEN: pondělí - neděle: 9:00 - 17:00
ČERVENEC, SRPEN: vždy každé úterý večerní prohlídky při svíčkách od 19-21 hodin
ZÁŘÍ, ŘÍJEN: úterý - pátek: prohlídky v 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00 hod. sobota - neděle: 9.00 - 16.30
