Rezerváciu môžete urobiť najrýchlejšie cez rezervačný systém, telefonicky, alebo kontaktný formulár.
Pri zapožičaní elektro bicyklov, alebo nosiča na bicykle, je nutné zložiť zábezpeku v hotovosti 100,00 € pre každý kus zapožičaného elektro bicykla (prípadne podľa dohody s požičovňou).
Pri podpise zmluvy o nájme elektro bicykla záujemcovia sú povinný predložiť dva doklady totožnosti, z čoho jeden doklad musí byť občiansky preukaz a dodatočný môže byť napr. vodičský preukaz.
Zmluvu o nájme elektro bicykla môže podpisovať iba plnoletá osoba.
Záujemcovia musia podať súhlas so spracovaním osobných údajov a so všeobecnými podmienkami nájmu elektro bicykla.
Záujemcovia, ktorí sú oprávnení využívať snami stanovené zľavy, pri vypožičaní elektro bicykla sú povinní preukázať sa relevantným spôsobom (občiansky preukaz, každý rodinný príslušník musí osobne prevziať e-bicykel) o správnosti využitia zľavy.
V prípade, že chcete elektro bicykel prepravovať v aute, je potrebné mať nosič na e-bike, čo si môžete aj od nás vypožiča
