Dies ist ein Gebäude der "Pisciculture Impériale", der Kaiserliche Fischzucht. Es wurde 1860 im "Second Empire" oder Übergangsstil errichtet.
Dies beiden langen Hallen östlich und westlich sind klassische Modelle für die Fabrikbauten jener Zeit: solide Kalksteinwände, roter Sandstein für Fenster- und Türumrahmungen. Die beiden Giebelaufbauten an den Enden des Hauses, die Dachrinnenkästen sind reichlich mit geometrischen Figuren verziert.
Die beiden ehemaligen Diensthäuser IRIS und ANAX haben die gleiche Bauweise.
