Last stage of the pilgrimage route following the footsteps of Bruder Klaus, who in 1467 after setting out on a pilgrimage journey before Liestal turned back due to an apparition and finally settled in the Ranft after a detour via his Alp Chlisterli, where he lived as a hermit and became a counselor to many.
The return from Alp Chlisterli is on the same path as the outbound trip. An alternative would be the long mountain tour via Alp Innebach and the Aelggi back to Flüeli.
