Victoria Mine is one of the mining operations in the Val d’Aran, created at the beginning of the 20th century to meet the high demand for raw materials generated by the start of the industrial revolution. It remained active until 1953 when the drop in the price of zinc and the lack of workforce made it unviable. Through a short route, we can discover part of its infrastructures.

This itinerary will take us to the domains of the Lordship of Bossòst, the Castle of Bossòst, a strategic point to control the passage of enemies and to communicate visually with other castles or watchtowers in the area. From the castle, the entire town and its lands are dominated, as well as the chapels that protect the territory, and along the route we will also discover the remains of the oldest hermitage at the entrance to the Cave of Bossòst, Soala de Casteràs.

From the Artiga de Lin Parking to Pla de la Artiga de Lin

A very beautiful park that's worth visiting, even if it's a bit expensive (€12 per person in 2026). There are lots of peacocks roaming freely in the park.

In the heart of the Pyrenees is the Aran Park Wildlife Park. Through a short route, we will enjoy the wild fauna of the mountains that live in semi-freedom.
