    Bis zum Heukareck eine einsame, aussichtsreiche Tour. Die Wegbeschreibung zur Höllwand ist irreführend und gehört geändert: Es ist viel einfacher, nach dem Schiedreitspitz der Markierung weiter bis zur Abzweigung zu folgen und hier gleich in 10 Minuten zum Gipfel aufzusteigen. Zurück zur Abzweigung und dann weiter zum Heukareck.

    Ein wunderschöner Rundumblick, einige Möglichkeiten den Weg zu variieren. Bin ihn umgekehrt gegangen, was überhaupt kein Problem darstellt vielleicht sogar die bequemere Variante da man dann die Hütte beim Rückweg ansteuert

    Great hike with spectacular views on GGlockner/Ankogel/Dachstein, all the way properly signed. Something like test before being true and experienced Alps hiker. I recommend to check the distance and duration. The direction signs show 4,5 hour from Annecafe to Gamskarkogel. I believe that even well experienced and enduranced hiker cant make this hike in 5 hours. We did it in ten hours. Our smart watches estimated the distance as 21 km, not 15.9. Definitely recommend, but be prepared for a whole day trip!

    Sehr schöne Tour. Vom Parkplatz kann man entweder die Straße (Schotter, Kinderwagen möglich) oder den roten Steig (Kondition erforderlich) zur Bichlalm nehmen. Von der Bichlalm dann gemischt Wanderweg und Schotterstraße weiter Richtung Remsteinkopf. Beim letzten Teil zum Kreuz kommt ein kurzer Grat. Keine Sicherung, keine Seile, Trittsicherheit und Schwindelfreiheit gefordert. Ungeübte werden das Kreuz nicht erreichen. Kinder würde ich (je nach Risikoverhalten) ans Seil nehmen. Der Abstieg laut Tourenbeschreibung ist nicht beschildert, es ist kein offizieller Wanderweg. Entweder man kann mit Karten umgehen und rudimentär navigieren, oder man geht den selben Weg zurück.

    Ganz tolle und landschaftlich großartige, aussichtsreiche und einsame Kammbegehung mit etwas ausgesetzten Stellen in den Abstiegen vom Throneck und Flugkopf hinunter. Hinab zur Reitalm ist etwas Orientierungssinn gefragt. Ich bin die Tour im Jahre 2013 und gestern gegangen.
