Welcome to Hotel Sonnenpark in Lutzmannsburg!
Hotel Sonnenpark is a modern 4-star superior family hotel with a direct connection to the Sonnentherme and a beautiful expansive hotel garden area. It offers modern family rooms or apartments, meals from morning to evening, and baby and childcare services with an extensive program available 7 days a week. You will particularly look forward to Sunny Bunny’s Water World - the hotel's own water world with indoor and outdoor pools covering a total of 400 m², featuring cozy family double loungers and direct access to the public Sonnentherme with a sauna world.
All rooms are equipped with a kettle, a coffee and tea station, a refrigerator, a flat-screen cable TV, a hairdryer, cribs upon request, a baby bathtub & changing table, potty, toilet seat, diaper bin, and much more. You will receive the following items free of charge on site: bathrobes for adults and children, bath towels and hooded towels, indoor and outdoor strollers as well as twin strollers, baby monitors, bed safety rails, bottle warmers, and nursing pillows, night lights, bicycles/E-bikes/rickshaws/inline skates, and much more.

Price
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 8 days before arrival! This also applies to changes in room occupancy (fewer guests arrive than originally booked).
Outside the period specified above, withdrawal by written declaration by the contractual partner is only possible with payment of 90% cancellation fee of the total arrangement price.
We know from experience that children often fall ill unexpectedly or that the volatile situation around COVID-19 confronts us all with additional challenges (e.g. classification as a contact person, quarantine etc.). We therefore recommend that you contract on day of booking a package travel insurance with „Europäische Reiserversicherung AG“ to protect you against unnecessary cancellation costs This insurance also covers a number of COVID-19 related reasons.
You can currently redeem your valid collective pass (Sammelpass - according to the criteria printed or online) for any stay with us. Due to the current COVID19 situation, we have suspended the time restrictions for you.
