The name Duwakschopp is a typical Palatinate term from our region and means tobacco shed. Hexheim-Hayna is one of the oldest tobacco villages in Germany, and there is almost a tobacco shed on every property.
In this shed, the tobacco was dried after the harvest before it was processed further.
In our hotel, which has been newly designed down to the foundations, we will do everything to ensure that you feel comfortable.
In the half-timbered house or in the modern extension, free Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
The half-timbered house has been renovated down to the foundations / beams, and it will be a blessing for allergy sufferers to stay there, as only original materials like clay and wood have been used.
Look forward to the Pfalzcard as a free extra added to your stay. With this, you can discover the Palatinate at ease with over 130 free leisure activities and included public transport.
