Az apartman közvetlenül az Ósva-patak mellet található tágas kerttel. Ideális családok és a nyugalmat keresők számára. Csendes környezet a hatalmas fenyőfák között, a természet közelében.
Az önálló bejáratú apartmanban egy 4 ágyas szoba (egy franciaágy és két külön ágy), felszerelt konyha és saját kádas fürdőszoba található. A ház első szintjén, külön bejárattal, de a tulajdonosokkal közös folyosó és közös fürdő használatával további 2 férőhely van. A szálláshely zárt udvarról nyílik, előtte terasszal, ahova kiülhetnek a vendégek. Innen lehet lesétálni a tágas kertbe, ahol egy saját kiserdő mellett szalonnasütő, bográcsozó, tárcsa áll a vendégek rendelkezésére. A kert végében egy patak folyik, felette kis fahíddal. A szálláshelyre kutya, cica is hozható.
A ház előtt vezet az Eurovelo 11 kerékpárút és itt halad a Z+ turistaút is. Telkibányán érdemes felsétálnunk a Templom-dombra, ahol megnézhetjük a Vártemplomot és a kopjafás temetőt. Az Ósva-völgyben perlitfolyást (Huszita sziklák) láthatunk. A Múzeum úton áll a község egyik legrégebbi épülete, ami most a helytörténeti kiállításnak nyújt otthont, kertjében pedig malomkőparkot láthatunk.
