Die Ferienwohnung (ca. 47 m²) wurde komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist für 2 Erwachsene oder Familie mit Kind optimal geeigent. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat eine Bettfunktion. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Auf der Terasse steht außerdem ein Kohlegrill zur Verfügung.

DIe Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet in der schönen Nationalparkgemeinde Ellweiler. Zum Bahnhof Neubrücke so wie zur Autobahn sind es nur ca. 3 km. Rad- und Wanderwege grenzen direkt an den Nationalpark. Der Bostalsee und das dazugehörige Freizeitzentrum, mit vielen Angeboten (Strandbad, Indoorspielplatz, See-Rundweg uvm.) ist nur ca. 13 km entfernt.
Es handelt sich um eine NIchtraucher Ferienwohnung und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Elternbett mit getrennten Matratzen und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank.
