All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• A parking space for people with disabilities is available.
• All guest-accessible areas and facilities are accessible without steps and at ground level. The breakfast room is an exception; it is accessible only via a staircase.
• All guest-accessible doors, passageways, and pathways are at least 70 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 107 cm high. 
• One accessible room is available.
• The toilet in the room is not accessible from the side (minimum 80 cm). There are no grab bars.  
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror is not visible while seated.
• Access to the shower is not threshold-free. A shower chair is available.
• There are no wheelchair compatible tables in the breakfast room.
• There is no public restroom for people with disabilities.

• There is no audio induction loop system.
• In the breakfast room and winter garden there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
• WiFi is offered.
• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• Pension Bergterasse  is a SÜW hearing comfort host and provides a Signolux Traveler Set on request. The set includes a radio bell, a receiver alarm clock with flashing signal, a vibration pillow and an alarm monitor that converts the acoustic alarm into a visual one. • Stairs have a handrail on one side. 
• Information is not available in Braille or tactile relief.
