Die hofeigene Ziegenmolkerei liefert frische Ziegenmilchprodukte, wie Joghurt, Quark und vieles mehr. Als eine der ersten Bioland-Metzgereien im Saarland werden auf dem Hof neben Frischfleisch auch verschiedene Wurst und Schinkenspezialitäten hergestellt.
