A parasztház felújításakor a patinás jelleg megőrzése és a modern vendéglátás vezették a házigazdákat. A 2 szobában max. 8 vendég fér el (4+4 fő, egyik ágy emeletes). A fürdőszobában zuhanyozó, vécé, mosdó található. Az egyik szobát cserépkályha, a másikat kandallókályha fűti. A konyhai sparhelt nagy meleget ad, élmény rajta főzni és sülteket készíteni. A konyha edényekkel, rezsóval, mosogatóval felszerelt, a kamrában hűtő. Korlátlan tea- és kávéfogyasztás. A kertben bográcsozási és grillezési lehetőség, napozóágyak, kerti asztal. Parkolás a ház előtt vagy az udvarban. Kerékpár bérelhető.
Étkezés: vacsora, reggeli a házigazdák kézműves tejtermékeiből, vegyszermentes zöldségeiből, kistermelői hentesáruval, gombaételekkel, péksüteménnyel. 10% kedvezmény a zirci Bagolyvár Étterembe.

- A K jelzésről az Alkotmány úthoz érve kell észak felé letérnünk, tovább az Alkotmány úton a Petőfi Sándor utcáig.

- Bakonynána a 82-es útról Olaszfalunál, vagy Zircnél lekanyarodva Dudar felől, az E66-os útról Várpalotától Tésen át közelíthető meg.
- A vendégháznál parkolhatunk.
