Vadregényes erdei környezetben, a Kelet-Bakony erdő borította völgyében, az alsóperei arborétum mellett áll a meghitt, baráti hangulatú szálloda és panzió.
A Nádasdyak hat hektáros arborétumának tőszomszédságában volt egykor a vadászkastélyuk, amelynek a helyére épült a Park Szálló, 2012-ben pedig 400 méterrel arrébb átadtak egy panziót is. A komfortos hotel 14 db. szobája egyszerre összesen 31 vendéget képes befogadni. A parkban lehet sütögetni, de a kiváló konyhájú, családias hangulatú éttermében is étkezhetünk. A létesítményhez tartozik egy rendezvényház két különálló teremmel, zárt udvarral, saját parkolási lehetőséggel. Az eplényi sípályát pár perc autózással elérjük, és nincsenek messze a Bakony olyan turisztikai központjai sem, mint Zirt vagy Bakonybél.

- A legegyszerűbb, ha busszal az Eplény, újtelep megállóig utazunk. A menetidő Veszprémből 25 perc, Zircről 10 perc.
- Ha össze akarjuk kötni a látogatást a híres tési szélmalmokéval, leszállhatunk Tésen is. A menetidő Várpalotáról 20-25 perc.

- Az Eplény, újtelep buszmegállótól a P jelzést keletre, majd északra követve közvetlenül Alsóperére jutunk (7,1 km).
- Tésről a P◼ jelzésen kell kigyalogolnunk dél felé, majd a P jelzésre jobbra rátérve Alsóperéig sétálnunk (szintén 7,1 km).
Parking
A szállásnál tudunk parkolni.
- Alsóperét könnyű autóval megközelíteni. A 82-es útról Veszprém és Zirc között Olaszfaluban, a Babits Mihály utcára kell ráfordulni, majd utunkat a Vörösmarty Mihály, végül a Váci Mihány utca mentén folytatva kell elhagyni a települést az erdőben kanyargó erdészeti műúton, amely Felsőperén át Alsóperére visz.
