A kemping Kustánszegen, Zalaegerszegtől 20 kilométerre, a Göcsej dombjai között található, alig 200 méterre a Kustánszegi-tótól, ahol horgászni és strandolni is lehet.
A kemping alkalmas iskolai táborok, osztálykirándulások, erdei iskolák, illetve szaktáborok, tréningek helyszíneként is. A Göcsej Völgye Kemping kutyabarát szálláshely, kedvenceiteket is hozhatjátok.
A közeli tónál szabadstrand, strandröplabda pálya, strandkosárlabda pálya, játszótér, piknikezőhely és büfé gondoskodik a kikapcsolódásról. A kemping előtt halad a Rockenbauer Pál Dél-dunántúli Kéktúra útvonala.

- Autóbusszal Zalaegerszegről. A Kustánszeg, Kossuth utca 1. megállónál érdemes leszállni. A menetidő kb. 50 perc.

- A kemping a megállótól 140 méterre található. A megállótól északkelet felé kell indulni a Kossuth utcán, majd az első lehetőségnél balra fordulni a Dózsa utcába. A kemping az utca elején lesz, tábla is mutatja.

- Parkolási lehetőség az udvarban, a kemping területén!
- Megközelíteni Zalaegerszeg felől a 762. sz. útról Pórszombat felé (balra) fordulva a Teskánd - Dobronhegy - Csonkahegyhát - Kustánszeg útvonalon lehet. Kustánszegre a Kossuth utcán érkezünk meg, kb. 300 méter után kell jobbra kanyarodni a Dózsa Gy. utcába.
