Our house is located on the east side of the unspoilt lake (protected landscape area) in the middle of a charming and quiet environment (sun all day).

Comfortable hiking trails lead you to the nearby beautiful forests. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC and SAT-TV, most of them with balcony and view on the lake. Furthermore we offer you free internet. Our own bathing beach with children's pool, bathhouse with WC, and a beautiful, quiet lawn for sunbathing. For a romantic boat trip on the longitudinal lake there are three rowing boats at your disposal. Green fee reduction for the Jaques Lemans Golf Club Längsee. We would be pleased to help you organize your free time. With the Plus Card Wörthersee-Mittelkärnten and the Guest Voucher Längsee-Hochosterwitz you get to know Carinthia from its most beautiful side.

Our B&B is located on the east side of the untouched Längsee within a picturesque and quiet landscape. All rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and TVs, and most boast lake views and balconys. Additionally, free WiFi is available to all our guests. To enjoy the waters of one of the warmest lakes in Austria at their best, we have a private beach with a pier, beach house, and a nice lawn to enjoy the sunshine. For a romantic boat ride on the lake, three rowing boats are available to our guests at no cost.The area is a natural protection zone and numerous hiking trails lead into the nearby forests. Furthermore, a multitude of sights, including the famous Hochosterwitz castle, the medieval cities of St. Veit and Friesach, as well as the roman ruins on the Madgalensberg are only a few minutes away. If you fancy a round of golf, we also offer greenfee discounts at the Jaques Lemans Golf Club Längsee.
