A vendégházban 8 darab kétágyas, pótágyazható szoba van, mindegyikhez saját fürdőszoba tartozik. A szobák fenyőbútorokkal vannak berendezve (ágy, szekrény, fésülködőasztal), tévével felszereltek, nyáron légkondicionáltak. Az épület közvetlen szomszédságában álló, környezetbarát apartmanházban két külön apartman van. Mindkettő 2 szobás, fürdőszobás és jól felszerelt étkező-konyhával rendelkezik.
Az épületekből szép kilátás nyílik délen Kóspallag településre, valamint a Dél-Börzsönyi hegyekre, háttérben Dobogókővel. Északon a Vastag-hegy, Kopasz-hegy, Só-hegy, és Nagy-Sas-hegy domborulatai alkotnak lenyűgöző panorámát.
Egy különálló faházban infra- és finn szauna, valamint jakuzzi biztosít kikapcsolódási lehetőséget, a kültéren pedig szezonális jelleggel medencét is találunk.

- A szállás a szülőkkel egy szobában megszálló 6 év alatti gyermekek esetében ingyenes.
- 7-14 év között pótágyon megszálló gyermekek esetén a felár 8500 forint/gyermek.
Kedvezmények (nem összevonhatóak és kiemelt hosszú hétvégékre nem érvényesek!):
- Két 6-14 év közötti gyermekes család esetében a szálláshely árából 15%.
- Hétfőtől csütörtökig (ünnepnapok kivételével) a szállásdíjból 15%.

Apartmanház: 100 000 Ft/éj

- A megállótól a Béke utcán indulunk el, majd az első utcán balra fordulunk. A temetőnél balra tartva érjük el a vendégházat. Kb. 500 méter gyalog.
Parking
- A 12-es útról Kismaros után kell északnyugat felé fordulni Kóspallag felé. Kóspallagon a Szent István út - Béke utca - Farkastói utca útvonalat kövessétek!
- A vendégháznál 12 autó tud zárt helyen parkolni.
