Die Untermarkter Alm liegt direkt neben der Mittelstation der Imster Bergbahnen.
In alpinem Hüttenflair gestaltet mit viel Holz aus heimischen Wäldern und offenen lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Untermarkter Alm eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Im Restaurant und auf der Sonnenterrasse finden je bis zu 120 Gäste Platz und ein Seminarraum für 45 Personen steht auch bereit. Die komfortablen Mehrbettzimmer sind mit einem Balkon ausgestattet, in den beiden Alm-Suiten ist sogar Dusche und WC integriert. Bis zu 32 Gäste können auf der Untermarkter Alm übernachten. Die Küche verwendet frische, vorwiegend regionale Produkte und bietet auch eine große Getränkeauswahl von verschiedenen Säften über erlesene Weine und regionales Bier bis zu Edelbränden und einigen Heißgetränken.
