Der familiär geführte Betrieb Mandlberggut liegt in 980m Seehöhe und bietet Ihnen einen majestätischen Blick auf das Dachstein Massiv.
Familie Warter verführt Sie mit kulinarischen Leckerbissen. Dazu gehören das frisch gebackene Bauernbrot, hausgemachte Wurstspezialitäten und die köstlichen Mehlspeisen von der Konditorin und Hausherrin Doris Warter.
Zusätzlich gibt es eine Schaubrennerei, in der hervorragende Edelbrände, Liköre und Whisky in bester Qualität erzeugt werden. Hier werden auch Führungen angeboten, welche von den beiden Töchtern Theresa und Katharina durchgeführt werden.
Aber nicht nur Schnaps wird destilliert, sondern auch das kostbare ätherische Latschenkieferöl wird hergestellt. Die Familie Warter erntet die Latschenkiefer ausschließlich am Obertauern, dies ist eine vom Menschen unberührte Natur, dadurch kann die gesamte Kraft der Mutter Erde in die Latschenkiefer eindringen.
