Die 1924 errichtete Hütte liegt in einzigartig unberührter Umgebung.
Fernab von Lärm und Zivilisation findet man hier in kürzester Zeit zurück zur inneren Ruhe.
Als Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen bietet die Selbstversorgerhütte, ausgezeichnet mit dem Umweltgütesiegel, alle notwendigen Voraussetzungen.
