Die neue Langenebene-Hütte steht direkt am Westweg des Schwarzwaldvereins auf der Gemarkung Sitzenkirch im Gemeindewald der Stadt Kandern.

Die Langenebene Hütte wurde im Jahre 1938 gebaut, fiel aber im März 2020 einer Brandstiftung zum Opfer.

Am 17.07.2022 wurde die neue Langenebene-Hütte eingeweiht. Als Schutzhütte steht sie Wandernden und Schutzsuchenden jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Davor befindet sich ein großzügig angelegter Rastplatz.
