Herzlich willkommen auf dem Friesenberghaus!
Obwohl in den Jahren 2002/03 erweitert und modernisiert ist das Friesenberghaus noch immer eine Hütte, die ihren ursprünglichen Charme aus den Erbauungsjahren 1926-28 erhalten hat. Mit einem engagierten Pächterpaar ist damit schon die Hütte selbst einen Besuch wert, bietet aber mit Petersköpfl und vor allem dem Riffler höchst interessante Gipfelziele in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Gerade in der Hauptsaison ist die Hütte so gut besucht, dass eine frühzeitige Buchung notwendig ist, will man nicht eins der häufig vergebenen Notlager erhalten.
Unsere Hütte ist Teil der Kampagne Mit Kindern auf Hütten, eine Initiative der Alpenvereine in Deutschland, Österreich und Südtirol für familienfreundliche Hütten. Sie eignet sich für Kinder ab 7 bis 8 Jahren und älter. Unsere Erlebnisbereiche für Kinder: Rundwanderung um den Friesenbergsee, Steinmandlgarten am Petersköpfl, im Hochsommer Schweine, Kühe, Schafe, Hühner, Murmeltiere
