Günstig gelegen und schnell erreichbar ist die Ragert-Alm im Klausbachtal. Durch ihre verhältnismäßig niedrige Lage ist die Ragert Alm meist bis Mitte Oktober geöffnet.
Das Klausbachtal: Tal der Adler
Die Ragert Alm liegt im Klausbachtal, das bekannt ist für die ursprüngliche Schönheit seiner Almen und ebenso für die Adler. Die Ragert Alm ist von der Nationalpark-Informationsstelle Klausbachhaus am Hintersee in etwa einer Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit dem Almerlebnisbus zu RagertDie bequeme Alternative für Almwanderer im Nationalpark Berchtesgaden ist der Almerlebnisbus: Dieser verkehrt während der Sommermonate stündlich zwischen dem bayerischen Ramsau und dem österreichischem Lofer. Einige der schönsten Almen liegen auf seiner Strecke, bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. So ist die Ragert Alm von der gleichnamigen Haltestelle in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Mountainbike zur Ragert-Alm
Der Weg von der Hirschbichlstraße durch das Klausbachtal bis zur Ragert-Alm ist für Radfahrer freigegeben. Für Radfahrer freigegebene Wege sind im Nationalpark Berchtesgaden markiert und leicht an den weißen Schildern mit grüner Schrift/Symbolik zu erkennen. Hier sind die Tourenziele, die Entfernung und die entsprechenden Höhenmeter angegeben. Gibt es keine solche Beschilderung, ist das Radfahren im Nationalpark verboten – auch wenn kein explizites Verbotsschild vorhanden ist! Verstöße gegen das Verbot werden im Nationalpark Berchtesgaden grundsätzlich mit einem Bußgeld geahndet
