Többféle programtervet is megtámogathatunk a Bányász úti rét adottságaival. Mivel rövid úton megközelíthető Szentendréről, bármikor elindulhatunk ide egy spontán piknikezésre, sütögetésre. Ha egy erdei éjszakára vágyunk, rapid bejelentkezés után ez is működhet, biztosan nem lesz teltház. Komolyabb bakancsos és kerékpáros Pilisi túrák starthelye is lehet a Bányász úti-rét, főleg ha a megelőző éjszakán itt sátrazunk, hogy aztán valódi egész napos kirándulásban legyen részünk.

A terület nagyjából 90 fő sátorozására elég maximálisan. Mint ahogy minden Pilisi Parkerdő Zrt.-hez tartozó táborozóhely, ez is természetvédelmi területen van, így csak előre egyeztetett és engedélyezett időpontban vehető igénybe. Bejelentkezés után viszont mindenképpen legálisan pihenhetünk, a táborhelyet a Duna-Ipoly Nemzeti Park és az ÁNTSZ is engedélyezte.

  • A Bányász-úti réthez legközelebb eső csoda a Dömörkapu. Valaha a Bükkös-patak völgyének vadregényes, fenséges sziklaszurdokaként volt ismert. A patak mohos andezitfalakról zuhogott alá, a csodás vízeséseket azonban eltüntette az 1950-es évekig itt működő bányászat. A tájsebek mára jórészt begyógyultak, és maradt egy zúgó a Bükkös-patak hídjánál, ami kedvelt kirándulóhellyé teszi ezt az erdős szurdokvölgyet.
  •  A Z▲ jelzésen kapaszkodva megkerülhetjük a hajdani kőfejtőt, majd a bányafal pereme után lejtve érjük el a 2004-ben felújított Kőrösi Csoma Sándor emlékművet. Ez a kilátópont ragyogó panorámát nyújt a Bükkös-patak völgyére.

  • A Bányász úti-rét táborozóhelyhez legközelebb eső, tömegközlekedéssel megközelíthető pont a Dömörkapu, autóbusz-forduló megálló, ahová a szentendrei autóbusz állomásról közlekednek járatok.

Directions

  • Dömörkaputól kényelmes, 2 km-es sétával érjük el a hosszúkás, Bányász-úti rétet. Térkép ezen a néven nem jelöli, ezért érdemes figyelmesen sétálni, míg észre nem vesszük az erdei bútorokat. A Bükkös-patak medrét követve, a Z+ jelzésen, vagy a párhuzamos erdészeti műúton haladjunk északnyugat felé.

Parking

  • Autóval Szentendre-Izbéget, illetve Dömörkaput érdemes célba venni.
  • A táborozóhely gépkocsival nem megközelíthető, onnan kb. 2 km-re délkeletre, a dömörkapui parkolóban lehet hagyni az autókat.
