    Habe die Tour am 23.04.26 gemacht. Eine wunderschöne Tour mit viel Aus-und Weitsicht. Etwas viel Asphalt Belag. Dringend zu erwähnen! Sich vorher informieren, ob der Rückweg ab Tweralp nach Ricken hinunter offen ist. Ich musste umkehren wegen Schiessgefahr.

    Sind Übernacht geblieben und können ehrlich sagen dass der Chüemettlerweg viel anstrengender war als erwartet; vor allem als es begann zu regnen, fühlte sich mehr als eine T4 Wanderung an, aber die Aussicht; einzigartig!

    Aussichtsreicher Weg nach Herden. Einkehrmöglichkeiten dort allerdings sehr beschränkt, mit Mühe und Not gab es eine Tasse Kaffee am Sonntagnachmittag. Die Hoffnung, in Pfäffikon (SZ) etwas zu essen, ein Stück Kuchen oder ein Eis zu bekommen, erfüllte sich nicht - am Sonntag war so gut wie alles geschlossen. Überhaupt machte Pfäffikon (SZ) auf uns trotz des sonnigen Wetters einen eher trostlosen Eindruck - ganz im Gegensatz zu Rapperswil, wo das Leben tobte.

    Schöne mittellange Rundwanderung, wenn man nicht richtig in die Berge will, sie aber gut anschauen können möchte. Nett sind der Aufstieg über einen waldigen Grat und dass man häufig sowohl in Richtung Alpen als auch in Richtung Bodensee schauen kann. Die Aussicht auf die Alpen ist teilweise spektakulär.

    War überrascht, der Aufstieg hat sich doch etwas mehr hingezogen als erwartet. Aber dieser hat sich allemal gelohnt und man wird mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht belohnt! Auf dem Rückweg noch rasch zum Flügespitz lohn sich auch und macht kaum einen Unterschied, würde es daher jedem empfehlen diesen kleinen Umweg noch zu machen. „Mittel“ ist wohl die richtige Einstufung, da ich selbst ihn ja auch geschafft habe 😅 Aber aufgrund der zum Teil noch feuchten Steinen bin ich an ein paar wenigen Stellen etwas ausgerutscht, weshalb etwas vorsicht geboten ist (ich hatte Glück und bin nie hingefallen). Aber vermutlich hätte ich auch nicht die billigen Decathlon-Wanderschuhe anziehen sollen. Exponierte Stellen gibt es eigentlich keine. Das man auf dem Gipfel vielleicht nicht überall bis ganz am Rand gehen sollte, ist hoffentlich jedem klar. Ob ich meine Kinder (8 & 10) mitnehmen würde weiss ich noch nicht. Vielleicht mit etwas mehr Pausen und wenn der Boden richtig trocken ist.
