PLEASE NOTE:
Parking in Gräfenneuses
The weather is nice and everyone wants to go outside, we understand that. However, we ask that the official parking spaces in Gräfenneuses be respected and that private driveways are not used or blocked. Alternatively, please use the hiking parking lot between Gräfenneuses and Ebersbrunn. Thank you.

There are larger ruts in the forest due to forestry work. We ask for your understanding.

Emperor Oak and Old Three Franconian StoneThe entire Three Franconian Stone Trail is 46 km long and hardly feasible in one day. Our suggestion covers a section leading to three interesting destinations: the natural monument Emperor Oak in Füttersee, the Romanesque church in Großbirkach, and the Old Three Franconian Stone. The stele was erected in 1892 at the point where the administrative districts created by the Kingdom of Bavaria — Upper, Middle, and Lower Franconia — touched. In the course of the territorial reform in 1972, the intersection shifted southeast. The new Three Franconian Stone, a rock block weighing 2.5 tons and 2.80 m wide, stands between Sixtenberg and Freihaslach.

The highlight of the Hosler youth hiking trail, submitted by the Steigerwaldklub branch club Burghaslach, is the Drei-Franken-Stein. Additionally, the route is characterized as an adventure, nature, wilderness, quiet, and perception trail, with several display and information boards along the nature and water educational trail.
