This beautiful and pleasant hike starts directly at the parking lot of Frick (AG) train station (paid). The parking fee can only be paid via the SBB P+Rail app or if you have an SBB parking card. It is an easy hike, although Komoot theoretically rates it as moderate, probably due to the just under 10 km length. You can choose between the shorter or the longer route as both are possible. I did the longer route :-). The Fricktaler Chriesiwäg is a hike that can be undertaken without problems all year round. Especially in spring or during the cherry blossom period, this hike with all its blooming trees is simply wonderful. Along the entire path, there are also information boards where you can learn interesting facts about cherry cultivation. During the season, you can even nibble directly from specially marked trees. The path then continues to the Alt-Tierstein ruin, from which the view over the Frick valley is simply magnificent. Along the way, there are always beautiful barbecue spots where you can take a break. Highlights that I experienced: - Ruin Alt-Tierstein: a very beautiful ruin, you can go up to the top of the ruin. The inside of the ruin is worth seeing. - The many cherry trees along the entire path are very beautiful. - Always beautiful views over the Frick valley.     Sehr schöne, abwechslungsreiche Wanderung. Wir haben ab der Buschbergkapelle eine Zusatzschlaufe zur Röti-Flue (Rothenflue-Flue) angefügt und sind dann oberhalb der wittnauer Rebberge wieder zurück zu unserem Startpunkt in Gipf Oberfrick gewandert. Schlussendlich kamen wir auf gut 24 km und brauchten dafür 5h.
