In this immense «show kitchen», the preparation and cooking are live. Each ingredient is carefully selected, always with a preference for local and Valais origins. An example? On the menu the selection “Swiss Gourmet” scrupulously honoured by the Chef. Succulent meats, grilled on request, American style - a lively flame and a BBQ XXL. Great classics are prepared with a delicious twist. Pizzas are organic - home-made dough, olive oil and tomatoes come directly from Italy... - prepared by real pizza chefs. Desserts, just like the rest of the menu, are intended to be shared - coffee & hazelnut Paris-Brest, delicate tart for two, to be customised with whipped cream, vanilla, a compote...
