Im Restaurant Auerhahn dreht sich alles um Genuss. Die Kulinarik kombiniert frische Schwarzwald-Zutaten wie Wild, Pilze, Forelle oder Beeren zu kreativen Gerichten. Tradition trifft auf Moderne – überraschend im Geschmack, elegant präsentiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Im Restaurant Auerhahn begrüßen wir täglich unsere Gäste. Erst zum Frühstück – und am Abend zum exklusiven Fine Dining Menü. Hier wird Genuss zur Kunst: Unser Küchenteam um Küchendirektor Yann Bosshammer kombiniert regionale und saisonale Zutaten zu raffinierten Kompositionen, die den Abend zu einem kulinarischen Erlebnis machen.

Am Morgen servieren wir ein regionales Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen und weiteren Frühstücksspezialitäten.

Am Abend wird ein täglich wechselndes festes Menü serviert, wobei wir auf Unverträglichkeiten oder Allergien mit Voranmeldung gerne eingehen. Gäste die nicht im Hotel übernachten sind ebenfalls herzlich Willkommen.
