In Taggenbrunn wird Hand in Hand mit der Natur gearbeitet, vom Rebschnitt über die Laubarbeit bis zur Ernte. Das Ergebnis sind geschmacklich überzeugende und hochwertige Trauben, zudem bieten die Pflanzenvielfalt und unzähligen Wildrosenstöcke der Tierwelt, wie Insekten, Bienen und Vögel einen nachhaltigen und breiten Lebensraum. Ein besonderes Highlight bilden die nach Süden ausgerichteten Weinterrassen, die die Burg umschmeicheln.
