Regional Products and Sustainability
At “Zum Alten Kurhaus,” we rely on regional and seasonal products. We prefer to source our ingredients from the region and often directly from the producer. Working with regional partners allows us to ensure the freshness and quality of our dishes while supporting the local economy.
Popular Dishes
Our menu offers a variety of culinary specialties and seasonal highlights. Our rump steaks from Hohenloher grass-fed beef with truffled potato gratin and our vegan Kurhaus vegetable platter are particularly popular, impressing not only with their taste but also with their fresh preparation.
