At fine and gourmet, the Mediterranean lifestyle is wonderfully realized in a small space with mostly local specialties. In the small BISTRO, you can find coffee just like at the Italian place, various wines, sparkling wine, and beer from the region. The Aperol Spritz is made with love. There is selected vermouth and grappa and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Even late risers have the opportunity to have breakfast (almost) all day long at fine and gourmet. On the menu, alongside the "Princess on the Pea" {homemade pea hummus with poached egg} and Shakshuka, are ham from Thum, mini Sacher sausages from Windisch, cheese from Jumi and Hautzinger, organic eggs from Lunzer with bread and pastries from Öfferl. Seasonal offerings accompany the year. Enjoy the delicacies from the display case in the cozy atmosphere right on site and have the sensational prosciutto and lardo from Hans Bauer in Pöttelsdorf or ham and salami from Thum sliced paper-thin with the in-house Berkel for home. Meet friends for an APERO with cicchetti and a glass of frizzante or the non-alcoholic Crodino spritz. In addition to variations of Flammkuchen and daily soups, there are also homemade small sweets on the menu. For a snack in between or during the lunch break, most specialties are available to go. The chill background music and special ambiance make a visit to the tinyBISTRO a feel-good moment.
