Pappalou at the Silvaplana surfing bay

The kitchen is open all day, offering a diverse selection of modern dishes. Mornings begin with the popular Surfer Breakfast, featuring options like a Pacific Bowl, Surfers Muesli, or fluffy pancakes. For lunch and dinner, the menu includes burgers, steaks and spare ribs from the charcoal grill, steak sandwiches, Gypsy skewers, fresh salad bowls, pasta dishes, and the Campfire Curry. All dishes are freshly prepared and available for takeout. On warm summer evenings, the day winds down around the campfire with cocktails or a cold beer while enjoying views of Lake Silvaplana and the surrounding mountains. Families appreciate the pirate-themed playground, the surfing area, and the playroom, while parents relax in the lounges.
