Auf traditionelle Art werden hier noch von unseren Sennern Allgäuer Bergkäse und Allgäuer Emmentaler, würziger Schnittkäse und Butter hergestellt. Bei der Käseolympiade 2007 in Oberstdorf wurde der Bergkäse mit der Silbermedaille prämiert, der Allgäuer Emmentaler erhielt sogar Gold.

Dienstags um 16:30 Uhr (Mai bis Mitte September) Die Sennereiführung findet ab 10 Personen statt und ist kostenlos. Weitere Führungen auf Anfrage möglich.
