The rock is choss and the routes are very short, but the friction is incredible in comparison to most rock in the area. The other big advantage of this crag is just how quickly it dries up - just a little time in the sun is enough to dry out all holds after heavy rain. There is a big meadow below the cliff which is suitable for children and pets. The belaying area, however, is quite slim and the hill below it is very steep.
