The routes at this crag are primarily beginner-friendly and relatively short. However, sector Acido Láctico has a handful of routes crossing an overhang which results in a bit higher grades. The rock quality is not ideal, so there is a risk of small to medium rocks falling down - bring and wear your helmet!
This is a family-friendly spot with a short approach and a comfortable base area. Small caves, and paths through bushes keep the kids entertained. However, due to the less stable rock, ensure kids don’t play directly beneath the climbing routes.
Further description and topo in this [PDF](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xVCJnFpvfhbW5f2D78Ny6kigjkYwZcYv/view) (don't trust the number of bolts written in the PDF blindly as they are off sometimes)

:gb: The heavy rains and flooding in the Valencian Community on 2024-10-29 have severely affected this climbing area: - The normal access path from Requena along the river Magre is gone. Access may still be possible via one of the tracks coming down from the north, though this is not yet confirmed. - The condition of the climbing routes and base of the crag is still unknown. - Historically, large rockfalls have occurred in this area after episodes of heavy rain.

Approach

The current access is via the dirt road coming down from the north - after the DANA has washed out the original road along the river - through vineyards (approx. 10 minutes on a dirt track, suitable for any car).
Parking is about 100 m before the previous parking area (:parking:, 39.462526, -1.061989), with space for around ten cars.
From the parking, a narrow path leads directly to the clearly visible climbing wall.
