Pfenningberg

A small crag in the middle of the woods on top of the Pfenningberg. You can basically climb all routes in a single visit. All routes are bolted with two or three bolts in good positions and pigtail anchors on the top. However, there are some old pitons („Normalhaken“ in German). On the right side of the crag, you reach the top of the climbing area. There, you can rappel down from a ring to inspect (and clean) the routes on the left side. For the routes on the right-hand side, a improvised rapelling point can be set up at the three trees that have grown together. The surrounding area offers great potential for challenging bouldering projects (Consider bringing cleaning gear). Difficulties range from UIAA 4 to 7 and a project with unknown difficulty.
