Routes are from slab and vertical to overhanging. You will find crimps, dihedrals, jugs, tufas, long moves, most special underclings, technical to endurance climbing... Really varied wall.
Anchors are often "2-Ring-Anchors" - so when cleaning the route make sure you put your rope trough both rings!
Perfect spot for early risers as the wall offers shade till midday (depending a bit on the time of the year). Climbing in the sun is often possible anyway, because of a nice breeze/wind running along the wall. Shade comes in again in early evening - perfect for a "last go in the shade" before heading down.
We built 3 places aka "camps" offering a shaded place to chill and put the bags.
This sector is also perfect in combination with "Cave of Panagia" - after a warm-up in shady Nikia you can go climbing in the afternoon-shade of Panagia..

Get there by train, car, bike, or on foot!
Approach
30 minutes approach! Same parking as "Mad wall", "Theos Pillar" etc. Follow the path leading toward "Mad wall" & "Cave of Panagia". After you pass "Piccolo Muro" walk straight and then slightly right through the bushes. You will see some signs and cairns. Follow the small trail through the meadows and bushes. After passing underneath the impressive Panagia you will reach some rocksteps. Follow the path going up there and you will see the impressive wall of "Nikia" for the first time. Walk along the trail marked with cairns, which leads you to the first routes at the right of the sector. "Welcome to Turtle Meadows"..
There is also a new small path connecting "Panagia" and Nikia.
