Approach
From the Engøysundet bridge carpark, follow the obvious trial leading East along the Coast to Boulder C then walk up to the cairn. Follow the trail, which leads around the point (when Jomfrupillaren becomes visible). Continue on the trail down, then across & up the boulder field towards the cliff on a faint climbers trail. You´re aiming for the strip of trees splitting the rocky face below the pillar. Take the faint trail straight up the trees which then traverses back left to the base of the cliff.
It´s also possible to traverse in from the left (slippy and some poison ivvy/spikey bushes) or right (longer).
