One of many Transalpin classics: Füssen to Lake Garda! Here is the variant through the Ötztal and over the Timmelsjoch, as well as a variant where you leave the Adige in San Michéle (Saint Michael) and go over Lake Molveno and the Sarca gorge to Arco and finally Riva del Garda. The route is very varied and mostly runs on cycle paths (asphalt and gravel paths) from the upper Ötztal to St.Leonhard in Passeier on the road.
