There is little traffic on the route and since 2015 the charming Berghotel Bischofalp has been located on the Bischofalp, where you can treat yourself to culinary delights. Charging for a new load of power is also provided. In front of the hotel there is a charging station by bike-energy.

The Nussbüel hike from the mountain station and back is about 7 km long, has 200 meters of elevation gain and loss, and is listed as taking 2 hours and 25 minutes. The walk to Nussbüel takes about an hour.
