Hero's View Lieser - Most Beautiful Wine View 2020
The most beautiful wine view of the Moselle 2020! Between 10 February and 15 March, more than 10,000 people voted for the "Most Beautiful Wine Views 2020" in the German wine regions in a public online poll on the website of the German Wine Institute (DWI). "The most beautiful wine views are awarded to vantage points that guarantee impressive views of the German wine-growing landscapes and are also easy to reach for hikers or by bike. With them, new wine tourism destinations are created in the wine-growing regions that invite visitors to visit the wine regions and enjoy the wines where they grow," explained DWI Managing Director Monika Reule.

Viewpoint Galgenberg
Fantastic view from Schoden over Wiltingen and Kanzem, to the narrow curves of the Konzer Kupp and all the way to Konz. The view down over the extreme steep slopes of the Wiltinger Hölle vineyard and deep into the Saar valley is dizzying. Signposting: from the centre of Konz-Kommlingen, follow the signs to Galgenberg.

Not quite as well known as the Saarschleife, but no less spectacular is the view from the Schönen Aussicht onto the Saar, which also forms a beautiful loop here. Location: between Serrig and Greimerath on the K 139.
